Job Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Secondary Design Engineer to join our team for substation projects in KSA/UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design and analysis of secondary electrical systems in substations, including protection and control systems, SCADA, and communication networks. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and experience in substation design.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop secondary electrical designs for substation projects, including control panels, wiring diagrams, and communication systems.
• Configure and test protection relays and control devices.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate secondary designs with primary electrical and civil components.
• Prepare detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications for construction.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD Electrical.
• Strong knowledge of protection and control systems.
• Experience with SCADA and communication protocols.
• Familiarity with KSA/UAE electrical codes and standards.
