1- Review and study all preliminary designs, working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates related to the project. 2- Prepare Shop drawings and technical submittals. 3- Review and study project documents, including Conditions of Contract, BOQ, specifications, drawings and Vendor List, ensuring a thorough understanding of project requirements. 4- Prepare quotations (RFQ) for all systems like Electrical, Light Current systems, Control and BMS systems and contact and subcontractors to get the offers. 5- Prepare breakdown sheets for pricing all items and conduct cost analysis. 6- Coordinate with the technical director to align cost estimates for profit margin and other cost parameters like overhead expenses and select financial targets. 7- Finalize Commercial and technical proposal. 8- Cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget.
