We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist with 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B outreach, lead generation, and project acquisition within the US Construction Industry (General Contractors & Subcontractors). The right candidate must be skilled not only in campaign strategy but also in the technical setup of cold outreach systems.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, build, and manage cold email outreach campaigns targeting US-based General Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Handle technical setup of email infrastructure including DNS records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warm-ups, and domain reputation management.
- Develop diverse lead generation strategies (cold outreach, automation, prospecting lists, drip campaigns, etc.) to land construction estimation projects.
- Research and build targeted prospect databases.
- Track and optimize outreach campaigns for higher open, reply, and conversion rates.
- Work closely with the estimation team to align efforts with project acquisition goals.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing and B2B lead generation.
- Strong knowledge of technical email setup (DNS, deliverability, inbox placement, anti-spam best practices).
- Proven ability to generate leads from US General Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Proficiency in using outreach, automation, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on conversions and long-term client acquisition.
