Experience: Minimum 8 years (with at least 5 years in Employee Relations and Engagement; GCC experience is a plus) Requirements & Responsibilities: Develop and implement Employee Relations strategies aligned with business goals to enhance engagement and retention. Ensure the smooth workflow of daily operations and maintain an efficient work environment. Collaborate with key stakeholders to address people-related challenges and provide practical solutions. Guide and support managers in handling employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and performance management. Preferred for candidates who are locally available and speak Arabic language.
