Job Description

<p>Responsibilities</p><ul><li>Design & development of tooling - jigs and fixtures for aero-structure assemblies.</li><li>Tool design using CATIA-V5 for detail parts and assemblies.</li><li>Knowledge of machines & processes used in sheet metal aerospace industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of GD&T and tolerances of sheet metal components.</li><li>Drive process improvements and continual improvement initiatives.</li><li>Participate in CFT discussions for process mapping, tool validation.</li><li>Support new product development.</li><li>Problem-solving related to tooling and assembly.</li><li>Manage new jig try-outs, validation, and tool assembly.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments during project execution.</li><li>Compile and analyze data, prepare tool lists, tool drawings, etc.</li><li>Prepare System Process Flow Charts (SPFC) in line with AS9100 requirements.</li></ul><p>Knowledge & Critical Skills Required</p><ul><li>Assembly processes</li><li>ProE Wildfire 4.0, AutoCAD, and CATIA V5R16</li><li>Tooling requirements of aerospace OEMs</li><li>Strong knowledge of tooling processes</li><li>Familiarity with AS9000 standards & aerospace approvals</li></ul><p>Desired Qualification & Experience</p><p>Education: DME / B.E. (Mechanical / Aeronautical / Aerospace)</p><p>Experience: 4-6 years in Aerospace / Manufacturing industry</p>
