<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Manage and oversee landscape and entertainment infrastructure projects from planning to execution </li><li>Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet scope, quality, and timelines </li><li>Develop project schedules, resource plans, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals </li><li>Conduct site inspections and progress reviews to ensure compliance with technical specifications and safety standards </li><li>Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, drawings, and documentation </li><li>Provide technical guidance on Fit-out / Interior projects, ensuring innovative solutions and high-quality execution </li><li>Assist in procurement and contractor evaluation processes as required </li><li>Ensure adherence to GCC/KSA regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards </li></ul><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Proficiency in English (spoken & written) </li><li>Solid experience in the construction industry, particularly Fit-out / Interior projects </li><li>Previous GCC/KSA experience preferred (Saudi Arabia highly preferred) </li><li>Immediate availability to join </li><li>Transferable Iqama (applicants must be inside KSA)</li></ul>
