We are seeking an Environmental & Social Safeguards Specialist to contribute to our environmental sustainability and climate-focused projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA) and land acquisition and resettlement planning (LARP).

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct environmental and social impact assessments (ESIA).
* Develop and implement land acquisition and resettlement plans (LARP).
* Ensure compliance with environmental and social safeguard policies.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safeguard measures.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of environmental and social safeguard principles.
* Experience in conducting ESIA and developing LARP.
