We are seeking an Environmental & Social Safeguards Specialist to ensure projects comply with environmental and social safeguard policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting Environmental and Social Impact Assessments (ESIA) and developing Land Acquisition and Resettlement Plans (LARP).

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct ESIAs for proposed projects.
* Develop and implement LARPs.
* Monitor project compliance with safeguard requirements.
* Provide technical guidance on environmental and social issues.
