Job Description

<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3><ul><li>Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets</li><li>Monitor project costs, track variances, and optimize resources</li><li>Support procurement, contracts, and vendor negotiations</li><li>Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership</li></ul><h3>What We’re Looking For:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering/Construction Management</li><li>10+ years of experience in estimation & cost control</li><li>Proficiency in Candy, CostX, or similar software</li><li>Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills</li></ul>✨ Preferred: PMP/CCP certifications, ERP expertise, and experience in industrial/logistics facilities.
