<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Review and analyze tender documents and project specifications.</li><li>Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM projects (hard & soft services).</li><li>Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and quotations.</li><li>Develop BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and cost breakdowns.</li><li>Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals for bids.</li><li>Ensure estimates align with company pricing strategies and profit margins.</li><li>Liaise with operations and engineering teams for project inputs and clarifications.</li><li>Maintain updated records of pricing, suppliers, and market trends</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Facility Management</li><li>Minimum 5 years’ experience in FM tendering & estimation</li><li>Valid UAE Driving License</li></ul>
