We are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects within the construction & façade industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine cost requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and analyze project risks and opportunities.
- Present cost estimates to project managers and clients.
Required Skills:
