Job Description

V Consult Global, a Dubai-based consulting firm, is urgently seeking a Hindi-speaking Executive Assistant to support the Chairman. This role demands a highly organized and proactive individual with prior experience supporting C-level executives, especially at the Chairman level. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the Chairmans complex calendar and logistics. Organize local and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries. Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations, and reports. Handle all correspondence with professionalism and confidentiality. Screen phone calls, emails, and draft responses when needed. Anticipate the Chairmans needs and ensure seamless support. Provide assistance with personal administrative tasks. Manage administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and office coordination. Requirements: Fluency in Hindi is mandatory. Prior experience supporting C-level executives or Chairmen. Strong organizational and multitasking skills under pressure. Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. High integrity, discretion, and professional demeanor. Proactive, independent, and self-driven.
