Manage and maintain executives schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with a high degree of confidentiality
Prepare reports, presentations, and other essential documents
Coordinate internal and external meetings and events
Organize and maintain confidential files and records
Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and priorities on behalf of senior management
Assist with business communications, memos, and drafting official letters
