We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This role demands excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills along with prior experience in supporting senior leadership. Flexibility is key - the candidate must be willing to work from Powai or Nahur depending on the MD & CFO’s seating location.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management
- Organize and manage MD & CFO’s calendar, meetings, and events
- Ensure effective time prioritization and meeting preparedness
- Communication & Correspondence
- Handle calls, emails, and messages on behalf of leadership
- Draft & proofread official communications, reports, and presentations
- Maintain smooth internal & external stakeholder communication
- Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate domestic & international travel (flights, hotels, transport)
- Ensure cost-effective and smooth travel arrangements
- Meeting & Project Support
- Prepare agendas, collate meeting materials & record minutes
- Track follow-ups and ensure timely execution of action items
- Support ongoing projects with cross-functional coordination
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of proven EA experience (preferably with MD / CFO / Senior Leadership)
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Proficiency in MS Office & scheduling tools
- Excellent organizational & multitasking abilities
- Professional, confident, and proactive approach
- Fluency in English & Hindi
