Carry out preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for machinery and equipment. Assist in preparing maintenance schedules and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime during repairs. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical faults in machines. Ensure quick and efficient rectification of breakdowns. Maintain maintenance logs, equipment history, and spare parts records. Report maintenance activities and downtime analysis to the Manager. Monitor spare parts stock and raise requisitions when necessary. Ensure availability of critical spares to avoid production delays. Adhere to company safety policies and ensure maintenance work is performed in a safe manner. Ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, or other relevant quality standards. Suggest and implement improvements for equipment efficiency and reliability. Support energy-saving and cost-reduction initiatives.
