• Manage raw material handling & cold sorting operations to meet production targets.
• Supervise plant sorters across shifts ensuring safety, productivity & adherence to targets.
• Ensure machine & manpower availability as per shift planning.
• Maintain quality, quantity, and timeliness of output.
• Ensure smooth functioning & high uptime of all sorting/refining equipment.
