ZAB Intel is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Experienced Appointment Setter to play a crucial role in our sales and business development efforts. This individual will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of successfully setting appointments, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify and engage potential leads.
Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our target audience.
Overcome objections and effectively address prospect inquiries.
Schedule qualified appointments for sales representatives, ensuring optimal calendar management.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions and appointment scheduling activities in our CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment setting targets.
Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
Stay up-to-date on our products/services, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams regarding lead quality and market insights.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Lead Generator, or similar role, with a demonstrable track record of success.
Excellent verbal communication skills, including a clear and professional phone manner.
Strong active listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to confidently and persuasively communicate with potential clients.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets.
