We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate with 5-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive legal knowledge, exceptional analytical skills,and a proven ability to manage complex cases, engage in critical litigation issues with little or no guidance and provide strategic advice to clients. *Responsibilities:* - Manage and oversee complex legal cases from inception to resolution. - Draft, review and negotiate legal documents and contracts. - Mentor and supervise junior associates and support staff. - Conduct thorough legal research and analysis. - Collaborate with Partners on strategic initiatives. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations,and industry trends . *Requirements:* - LL.B degree from an accredited Law School and Call to Bar Certificate.
