Manage and supervise employees assigned to buildings or compounds under the companys management. Inspect units upon customer check-out, verify the condition of belongings, and report any damages if found. Handle customer complaints by coordinating with management and ensuring a prompt response. Monitor facilities according to standards and regulations. Implement periodic facility inspections and submit reports. Supervise all operational projects such as renovations and upgrades. Address any problems immediately and escalate them to management if necessary. Communicate with management, doctors, tenants, and service providers to ensure service efficiency across facilities.
