We are seeking a creative and experienced Fashion Designer cum Merchandiser to develop and manage garment designs from concept to production. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, fabric sourcing, and garment construction, with the ability to create innovative designs that meet customer needs and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and analyze market trends to identify new design opportunities.
• Develop original designs for men's and women's wear, including prints, embroidery, and embellishments.
• Source fabrics and accessories, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Coordinate with the sampling department to develop proto samples and ensure accurate measurements.
• Support the production team to ensure timely and high-quality bulk orders.
