Job Overview

We are seeking a Field Engineer to support our construction management service for a new plant project in India. The Field Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Civil/Structural aspects of the construction project, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect the work of contractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, and other engineers to resolve technical issues.
• Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and identify potential problems.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on construction progress and any issues encountered.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of MEP and civil/structural engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience with construction management software and tools.
