Job Description
• Support day-to-day finance operations and documentation
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Maintain financial records, receipts, and vouchers with accuracy
• Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and company accounts
• Track and monitor petty cash and operational expenses
• Prepare monthly financial reports for review by Finance Manager
• Coordinate with HR/Admin teams on payroll inputs and employee reimbursements
• Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and policies
• Support internal and external audit requirements
