Job Description

<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Support day-to-day finance operations and documentation</li><li>Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports</li><li>Maintain financial records, receipts, and vouchers with accuracy</li><li>Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and company accounts</li><li>Track and monitor petty cash and operational expenses</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports for review by Finance Manager</li><li>Coordinate with HR/Admin teams on payroll inputs and employee reimbursements</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal finance procedures and policies</li><li>Support internal and external audit requirements</li><li>Perform additional finance and administrative tasks as assigned</li></ul>
