Oversee the accurate and timely reconciliation of collections with the Account Trustee to ensure alignment across TAS, developer accounts, and Dubai Land Department (DLD) systems. Manage escrow account inflows and outflows through TAS, ensuring full compliance with RERA guidelines. Maintain complete oversight and control over all escrow account functions. Supervise project accounting functions including procurement budgets, long-term payment plans, cost tracking, and cost control in collaboration with project management teams. Establish and manage the chart of accounts for the development company and its subsidiaries or affiliated manufacturing units. Monitor receivables from clients and jointly owned properties (JOPs) to ensure timely collections. Oversee month-end and year-end financial closing and consolidation across multiple business entities. Ensure accurate issuance of receipts and invoices using integrated financial systems compliant with RERA requirements. Administer all tax-related matters, including VAT and Corporate Tax, in strict accordance with UAE regulatory standards. Support RERA audit processes by compiling documentation, addressing audit remarks, and providing justifications for financial adjustments. Liaise with internal and external auditors to ensure the timely and accurate completion of statutory audits and financial reporting. Build and lead a high-performing finance team, including accounting, receivables, and payables staff. Collaborate effectively with project management, operations, and executive leadership to support organizational goals and growth strategies. Utilize Zoho or equivalent ERP systems to optimize financial workflows, reporting accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
