An exciting opportunity for a seasoned Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of a growing industrial group in West Africa (steel manufacturing & trade sector). This is a high-impact leadership role requiring both strategic vision and hands-on financial management.

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, capital allocation, and working capital
• Supervise accounting, treasury, taxation, audit, and statutory reporting (incl. Bilan & Tax Declarations)
• Ensure full compliance with OHADA and French accounting standards
• Establish strong internal controls, risk management, and governance structures
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and investors
• Mentor and lead the finance team toward operational excellence
