We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Arabic Accountant with a strong background in logistics and shipping to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing accounting tasks within the logistics industry and will be fluent in both Arabic and English. Additionally, experience with Zoho Books or other Zoho financial management tools is essential. Key Responsibilities: 1.Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. 2.Prepare financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements. 3.Coordinate with the logistics and shipping teams to ensure accurate cost tracking and budgeting. 4.Monitor cash flow and ensure the timely processing of transactions. 5. Work with Zoho Books for managing financial records and reporting. 6. Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and tax regulations. 7. Support audits and liaise with external auditors as necessary. Requirements: 1.Proven experience as an accountant within the logistics and shipping industry. 2.Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken). 3.Experience with Zoho Books or other Zoho financial management tools. 4.Solid understanding of accounting principles and regulations. 5.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. 6.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 7.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
