We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities of our organization. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing accounting records, producing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
* Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
* Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and internal controls.
* Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals.
* Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial systems (ERP).
* Excellent skills in financial analysis and reporting.
* Ability to lead teams and coordinate with different departments.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
