<h3>Overview</h3><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to oversee all financial activities. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing accounting records, producing financial reports, maintaining effective internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various departments to achieve financial goals.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.</li><li>Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts.</li><li>Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.</li><li>Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.</li></ul><h3>Required Skills</h3><ul><li>Strong knowledge of ERP systems.</li><li>Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills.</li><li>Leadership and team coordination abilities.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.</li></ul>
