Assist in the preparation of companys financial statement in accordance with international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Monthly compilation and collation of various account schedules for balances in the statement of financial position. Monthly preparation of Management Account and other reports as required by management. Ensure integrity of data captured in the general ledger in SAP. Training and managing of staff to ensure timely completion of tasks. Lead the company annual financial/statutory/tax audit exercise and coordinate the filing of annual tax returns. Assist in preparation of annual operation plan, periodic forecasts, and analysis. Collaborates with other departments to achieve the corporate goals. Ensure accuracy of financial records and compliance with best practice of financial management principles and regulatory requirements. Lead tax, regulatory and financial compliance issues including audit, annual returns, transfer pricing, and all tax planning and compliance strategy. Performing from time to time, any additional duties as required by management.
