Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM (Facilities Management) Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipment. The FM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair activities, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Oversee contractors and vendors performing maintenance or repair work, ensuring quality and adherence to safety protocols.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
