Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced FM (Facilities Management) Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all building systems and equipment. The FM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and improvement of facilities, ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.
- Manage and coordinate with external contractors for specialized maintenance services.
