We are looking for a skilled FM Engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of building facilities. The FM Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as managing maintenance schedules and coordinating repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Manage and supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance emergencies.
