We are looking for a skilled FM Engineer to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities and equipment. The FM Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as managing building infrastructure and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Manage building infrastructure, including lighting, security, and fire protection systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Experience with building management systems (BMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
