We are looking for a proactive FM Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The FM Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing staff, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all building systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Monitor and manage building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and emergencies.
