Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced FM (Facilities Management) Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our facilities. The FM Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring a safe and functional environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians and contractors.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
