The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and providing administrative and clinical support to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care.</p><ul><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><li>Greet patients, verify insurance information, and update patient records.</li><li>Schedule appointments, manage phone calls, and handle correspondence.</li><li>Assist with basic clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and preparing patients for examination.</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized reception area.</li><li>Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.</li></ul><ul><h3>Required Skills:</h3><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.</li></ul>
