Job Description

IFQ Hotels & Resorts is seeking a proactive, guest-oriented Front Office Manager to lead and oversee all front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless check-in/check-out experiences. This role plays a key part in upholding service standards and driving guest satisfaction at the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the front office including reception, guest services, concierge, and reservations. Ensure a smooth and welcoming arrival/departure experience for all guests. Supervise and train front office staff, fostering a culture of hospitality, professionalism, and excellence. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Monitor front office budgets, occupancy rates, and room revenue targets. Maintain strong coordination with housekeeping, reservations, and other departments for smooth operations. Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures and maintain compliance with company policies. Generate reports and analyze data to improve performance and service delivery.
