Job Description

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry leaders, associations, OEMs and training providers; negotiate agreements with clear objectives.</li><li>Oversee end-to-end business operations; manage budgets, analyses and operational efficiency; handle learner registration, progress tracking and training completion; ensure programs align with NSDC / NSQF standards.</li><li>Coordinate with training partners and assessment agencies; lead training delivery management across PAN-India.</li><li>Engage with government bodies, industry groups and educational institutions; organize industry events, workshops and conferences to promote SSC initiatives.</li><li>Define KPIs for partnerships and programs; use data-driven insights to optimize initiatives and build a high-performing team.</li></ul><h3>Key Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (technical background preferred).</li><li>Proven experience in business development, operations and partnership management.</li><li>Strong understanding of NSQF / NSDC policies and skill development frameworks.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Data-driven mindset with solid project management experience.</li></ul>
