Lead, grow and professionalize the full organization, with a strong focus of the commercial part. Create a company culture, which enhances employees attractivity and retention. Develop Wine Embassy commercial strategy to create a real differentiation and positioning. Increase brand awareness along mission and value of the company. Professionalization, systematization and automation of our processes. Define and implement plans to enhance efficiency and reduce cost. Ability to perform tasks as directed by the Board of Directors.
