Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to grow hotel business and boost occupancy rates.
- Effectively manage online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Booking.com, MMT, and Agoda.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Lead and manage hotel operations, staff, and revenue growth initiatives.
- Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness throughout the property.
