Green Energy Co., Ltd. is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic General Manager (Sales, Marketing & Operations) with a strong engineering background to lead our business growth in the renewable energy sector.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth and business development in renewable energy projects (solar, biomass, sustainable solutions).
- Lead marketing strategies, brand positioning, and industry engagement.
- Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, compliance, and timely project delivery.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and overall business performance.
- Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams.
What We’re Looking For
- bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field); MBA preferred.
- 10+ years’ experience with 5+ years in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in renewable energy, power systems, or engineering-related industries.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and financial management skills.
- Fluency in English & Myanmar.
