We are looking for a General Medicine Doctor to join our AI Healthcare R&D team. You will bring medical expertise to support the design, validation, and implementation of AI-driven healthcare solutions, working closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and product teams to ensure clinical accuracy and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical guidance for AI/ML healthcare solutions.
• Curate and validate medical datasets (EHR, imaging, clinical records).
• Support development of AI tools for diagnosis, treatment, and monitoring.
• Conduct research, validation studies, and literature reviews.
• Ensure compliance with medical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to publications.

Qualifications

• MBBS (mandatory); MD in General/Internal Medicine preferred.
• Valid medical license.
• Knowledge of clinical workflows, patient care, and hospital systems.
• Interest/experience in research, health data, or digital health.
• Strong communication to bridge medical and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with EHR systems, ICD-10, SNOMED CT.
• Awareness of AI/ML applications in healthcare.
• Experience in clinical trials or regulatory processes.
