Job Description

<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan, implement, and optimize high-converting Google Ads campaigns for US dental practices (general dentists, orthodontists, oral surgeons, etc.).</li><li>Manage Local Service Ads (LSAs), Search, Display, and Remarketing with a focus on lead generation & patient acquisition.</li><li>Perform dental-specific keyword research (“emergency dentist near me,” “teeth whitening cost,” “dental implants”).</li><li>Leverage custom intent audiences & affinity segments (e.g., high-income cosmetic dentistry patients).</li><li>Write HIPAA-compliant ad copy aligned with Google’s healthcare policies.</li><li>Run A/B tests on creatives, ad extensions (call, location, sitelink), and RSAs.</li><li>Collaborate with designers to optimize dental landing pages for conversions.</li><li>Set up offline conversion tracking (calls, booked appointments) to measure ROI.</li><li>Manage high-CPC budgets (dental keywords often exceed $50/click).</li><li>Apply smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS) to maximize patient leads.</li><li>Track KPIs: CPA, ROAS, call conversions, appointment volume.</li><li>Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.</li><li>Stay updated on dental marketing trends (e.g., Invisalign vs. dentures).</li><li>Use CallRail, Google Ads Scripts, CRMs for automation & tracking.</li></ul>
