Job Description

Rose Mary Perfumes is hiring a branding graphic designer with experience specifically in the retail sector. Responsibilities: - Design and produce high-quality visual content for a variety of mediums, including but not limited to: Digital: Website graphics, social media posts, banner ads, email marketing templates, infographics, digital presentations. Print: Brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, signage, business cards, merchandise. Branding: Logos, brand guidelines, visual identity elements. Multimedia: Basic animation, video graphics (if needed). Collaborate closely with marketing team, product managers, sales team to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience. Translate marketing and brand strategies into visually appealing and effective designs. Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure adherence to brand guidelines. Present design concepts and rationale to Managers and incorporate feedback effectively. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Prepare files for print or digital output, ensuring technical accuracy and quality. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions. Assist with photo editing and video production. follow up with the motion graphics process, and sketch storyboards for shooting.
