The role is initially in-office, with the opportunity for 50% remote work after the first three months. What Youll Do: Design and Create: Assemble images, typography, or motion graphics for both print and digital platforms, such as brochures, advertising, and web content. Graphic Tools Expertise: Work extensively with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to produce impactful designs. Presentation Mastery: Create professional presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Multimedia Production: Utilize skills in photography, videography, animation, and digital marketing to enhance project outcomes. Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and ensure cohesive branding. Creative Leadership: Provide guidance and innovative ideas to contribute to overall creative strategy and project success. What Were Looking For: 5+ years of experience as a graphic designer or art director, including apprenticeships or related experience (illustration, multimedia, or digital marketing). 2+ years of formal education in an art or design field such as graphic design, multimedia production, digital design, or photography. 3+ years of experience with Adobe InDesign or similar pagination tools. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. 2+ years of experience creating presentations in MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
