Responsible for owning all phases of Project initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and successful closure of PMS Labeling project for the given product families. Develop project scopes and objectives based on the nature of various Project types and Programs such as PMS Labeling, Rebranding, EU MDR, CE removal, SE/NPD projects, Bartender, and others as applicable. Facilitate, lead, guide and mentor offshore team for the labeling requirement and ensure resource availability and allocation for the flawless execution of projects. Draft, develop, update, prepare, maintain, and lead labeling project schedules and communicate labeling schedules to the project team, stakeholders, and management to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Organize status review meetings as per the agreed frequency of timelines. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Create, maintain, and report on trackers and RAID (Risks, Action Items, Issues, Decisions) logs. Facilitate redlining and the development of content for labeling. Lead the labeling process for approvals of labeling. Complete labeling design and ensure implementation of labeling at the manufacturing site. Draft, update, launch (including managing/pushing approvals) PMS/SE Labeling Project Design Control documents and CCPs. InfoCard creation, CR Packet creation, and managing/pushing approvals for Project CRs in MasterControl. Manage the verification of label barcodes/GTINs. Immediate joiners are preferred.
