We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Group Head - Data Scientist to lead advanced analytics initiatives and drive innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in predictive modeling, machine learning, NLP, and end-to-end data science pipelines. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of data scientists to develop and implement advanced analytics solutions.
• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end data science pipelines, ensuring data quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven innovation.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists.

Required Skills

• Expertise in predictive modeling, machine learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Proficiency in SVM, Random Forest, XGBoost, and Neural Networks.
• Experience with optimization techniques and simulation methods.
• Familiarity with MLOps, Agile SCRUM, and cloud migration.
