I am currently recruiting for a rapidly growing, highly ambitious and expanding, nationally award-winning gastropub & hotel group looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to aid in the smooth running of their brigade of 5 for their quality gastropub with 60cv restaurant and 150cv garden area in one of the most stunning areas of the city of Salisbury.
The successful Head Chef will have good experience at Head or Sous level for 2-3yrs+ cooking with fresh produce in high volume / high quality gastropubs, hotels or restaurants or 3/4* dining operations within a midsize kitchen team.
In this instance, applicants will need full eligibility to live and work without restriction in the UK.
