SAEL is seeking an experienced Head - Electrical to lead electrical engineering for biomass-based thermal power plants (20-40 MW). This is a senior leadership role requiring 20+ years of experience in Power plant electrical systems, project execution, and cross-functional coordination.

• Lead end-to-end electrical design & execution of thermal power projects
• Oversee generators, switchgear, transformers, EBOP, UPS, DG sets
• Ensure compliance with CEA, IS, IEC, IEEE standards & grid codes
• Conduct system studies using ETAP; manage BOQs, SLDs, cable schedules
• Liaise with internal teams, OEMs, EPC partners, and regulatory authorities
