We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Internal Audit to lead our internal audit function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing audit plans, assessing risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute risk-based audit plans.
* Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of controls.
* Identify and report on control weaknesses and recommend improvements.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Manage and mentor the internal audit team.

Required Skills:
* Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools.
* ICAN certification is a must.
